Socialization is the process through which people are taught to be proficient members of a society.Socialization generally refers to the process of social influence through which a person acquires the culture or subculture of their group, and in the course of acquiring these cultural elements the individual's self and personality are shaped.
According to Oxford Dictionary, the activity of mixing socially with others.The process of learning to behave in a way that is acceptable to society.
Socialization is simply the process by which we become human social beings and learn charactaristics of group's norms,values,attitudes, and behaviors.
Socialization is the process whereby the the helpless infant gradually becomes self aware, knowledgeable person, skilled in the ways of culture into which he or she was born.
